Address

ATH

ATH or All Time High refers to the maximum or the highest price of any Cryptocurrency coins reached in its lifetime. The word is being used everywhere in the trading business.

ATL

The opposite of ATH, ATL or the All Time Low, refers to the lowest price of any Cryptocurrency coins reached in its lifetime. The word is being used everywhere in the trading business.

Bearish

The movement of the Cryptocurrency Coins that indicate the price is going to fall. The word is being used everywhere in the trading business.

Bullish

Just the opposite of Bearish; Bullish indicates that the price of Cryptocurrency Coins is going to increase. The word is being used everywhere in the trading business.

Bull Trap

It’s a false movement that indicates that the declining trend in the price of the Cryptocurrency Coins has reversed and is heading upwards, while in actuality, the price of the Cryptocurrency Coins will continue to decline, thus trapping several traders in their trap. The word is being used everywhere in the trading business.

FIAT

Just another term for the real money, like USD, INR and others. The word is being used everywhere in the trading business.

FOMO

FOMO or fear of missing out is an overwhelming feeling within, that you need to board on the train of Cryptocurrency Coins when you are expecting the price of Cryptocurrency Coins is going to skyrocket. The word is being used everywhere in the trading business.

Fork

The fork is the situation where a blockchain splits into two separate chains. Forks generally happen when new governance rules are built into the blockchain’s code. There are two types of Forks; one is the soft fork, while the other is the hard fork

FUD

FUD or Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt is a baseless negativity spread with a motive to drop the price of the Cryptocurrency Coins. The word is being used everywhere in the trading business.

Going long

A margin trade that profits if the price increases. Applicable in all trading businesses

Going short

Just the opposite of Going Long, the Going Short indicates a margin trade that profits if the price increases. Applicable in all trading businesses

Hard Fork

Hard Fork is the condition of blockchain splitting into two separate chains, which is not at all backward compatible with previous rules.

ICO

ICO or the Initial Coin offering is just like IPO of the share market, where the company-specific tokens are being distributed to the public in return to raise money for the project.

Limit order/limit buy/limit sell

When the Cryptocurrency Traders places the order either to buy or sell their assets, whenever the price reaches a certain specified mentioned point. These conditions allow the Cryptocurrency traders to execute the order, even when the traders are busy over something else.

Margin trading

Margin Trading is a risky way of trading in Cryptocurrency coins and involves the pledging of collateral for short term loans

Market Cap

The Market Cap is the total value of any Cryptocurrency coin, which is calculated by the total number of coins multiplied by the price of each coin. This is the market cap, which indicates the popularity of the Cryptocurrency coin.

Market order/market buy/market sell

This is the term, which indicates the execution of the order at the current rate.

Moon

The sudden increase of the Cryptocurrency coin price to an astronomical value is referred to as moon.

Pump and Dump

The fast movement of the Cryptocurrency coin price with the increase in price and again falling in the price following a cycle

Sell wall/buy wall

Sell Wall/Buy Wall is the order chart, which indicates the current limit buy and sells points of any Cryptocurrency coin

TA

TA or Trend Analysis is the process of the analysis of chart in order to predict, the future movement of the Cryptocurrency coins.

Tokens

Tokens are the currency of projects that are built on the ethereum network and represent a unit of value of the Blockchain network

Whale

A Whale is someone, who holds a very large amount of Cryptocurrency coins. They are the ones, who have the capability to change the pattern of the Cryptocurrency markets.
